By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Advertising Services

Due to the custom nature of advertising and digital publishing, special rules apply:

• Before Publication: If you cancel an advertising order before the content has been scheduled or processed by our editorial team, you may be eligible for a full refund.

• After Processing/Publication: Once an advertisement, sponsored article, or banner has been published or the creative work (writing, design) has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

• Rejection by Publisher: If we refuse to publish your advertisement due to non-compliance with our editorial standards, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Digital Subscriptions & Memberships

If you purchase a recurring subscription (e.g., access to premium content or a user cabinet):

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing cycle.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal (Desistimiento)

• Consumers (B2C): Under EU consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to:

• Digital content once the download or streaming has started with your consent.

• Services that have been fully performed (e.g., an ad that has already been published).

• Customized goods or personalized services.

• Businesses (B2B): The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to business-to-business transactions.

4. Technical Errors & Double Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed erroneous charges within 7–14 business days.
