Mallorca is a place of contrasts — its lush countryside, sunlit coastlines, and charming towns make it a destination of endless allure. This captivating island inspired Elliot Krauze and his partner, Stella Lavinia, to create By Milagro, a luxury rental experience that goes beyond accommodations to deliver crafted stays infused with style, comfort, and local essence. Through their vision, By Milagro has transformed vacation rentals, merging stunning properties with impeccable design and personalized service for a memorable island experience. Here, Elliot shares insights into the journey that led to redefining vacation stays on Mallorca.
How did By Milagro get its start?
“My partner Stella was the driving force behind starting the company,” Elliot says. Having moved to Mallorca as a child, Stella always wanted to build a life and business on the island. With her background in design from Berlin and her deep connections to Mallorca, she was determined to offer something unique. The pair saw the opportunity to elevate the holiday experience for travelers here and bring top-tier service to the island. “We both have a passion for properties and interior design, so we started to get involved in holiday rental homes with potential and create a brand and identity for them. The goal was to create unforgettable holiday experiences for travelers to the island whilst providing a smooth and stress-free environment for the property owners.”
Design as an Experience
Design plays a key role in the By Milagro philosophy – in a competitive market, every detail matters. By Milagro’s team brings each home’s unique history to life, incorporating local Mediterranean style while reflecting the property’s surroundings and the land’s story. “When we originally started the business before having an extensive portfolio of transformed projects, finding property owners to put their trust in us to upgrade their homes was a bit of a challenge,” recalls Elliot. “However, we were able to encourage them to trust us which paid off!”
Properties for Every Dream Vacation
Each By Milagro property is carefully curated for its charm and character, whether you’re after a tranquil countryside retreat, a coastal hideaway, or a mountain escape. They offer pet-friendly, family-ready, and adults-only options, all designed to be eco-friendly so you can unwind without worrying about your environmental footprint.
